EQUIPMENT & VEHICLE FINANCE

Acquire the assets you need without draining your cash flow.

Spread the cost of machinery, commercial vehicles, and technology over flexible terms structured around your companyโ€™s revenue.

What is Asset Finance?

Investing in heavy machinery, commercial vehicles, or IT hardware is essential for growth, but paying upfront can severely deplete your cash reserves. Asset Finance allows you to acquire physical assets immediately while spreading the cost over their useful working life (typically 2 to 5 years).

With asset finance, you no longer have to choose between maintaining healthy cash reserves and upgrading your operations. The lender purchases the asset on your behalf, and you rent or buy it back over time through structured, predictable installments.

Why Choose Asset Finance?

Preserve Your Working Capital

Keep your valuable cash reserves intact for daily operations, emergency buffers, and marketing, rather than locking them up in depreciating physical equipment.

Low Interest Rates & Protected Personal Collateral

Because the loan is secured directly against the physical asset being purchased, underwriters face much lower risk. This results in significantly lower interest rates than unsecured overdrafts or term loans. Most importantly, it protects your personal wealth; because the asset itself acts as security, you do not have to put a legal charge over your home.

Tax-Efficient Capital Allowances

Depending on the product structure you choose, asset finance offers major tax benefits. Under a Hire Purchase (HP) agreement, your business can typically claim capital allowances on the equipment from day one. Under a Finance Lease, your monthly rental payments can often be deducted as direct business expenses, lowering your corporate tax bill.

Flexible, Seasonal Repayment Structures

Traditional bank loans demand the same payment every month, regardless of trade. Our alternative lending partners can structure your agreement to match your seasonal income. For example, if you run a construction or agricultural business, we can arrange lower payments during winter months and higher payments during your peak summer season.

Unlock Capital via Asset Refinancing

If your business has cash tied up in existing machinery, vehicles, or equipment that you already own outright, you can unlock it. Through Asset Refinance, a lender will buy the asset from you for a lump sum of cash and lease it back to you. You get an immediate cash injection into your bank account while continuing to use the equipment without interruption.

Is This Right for Your Business?

Asset finance is highly utilized across construction, transport, manufacturing, agriculture, printing, and medical sectors. If your company is an incorporated Irish LTD, has been trading for over 12 months, and needs to finance a vehicle (cab, van, trailer), forklift, production line, or office IT fit-out, asset finance is the most cost-effective solution.
